The theme of this installment of 30in30 - a challenge I set myself to create 30 MIDI tracks in 30 days - is to be "recovery". I've taken drafts of songs that have been sitting dormant in my WIP folders for far too long - some of these tracks dating back to 2009 - and applied my modern sensibilities to give them the help across the finish line that I believe they deserve.

Absolutely sublime, an essential to any MIDI enthusiast. Vanilla compatible as well. Of course if you don't know, you should play BTSX using a source port of your choice: You can use ZDL to load up source ports and cleanly select multiple pk3s and WADs to run. The interface of ZDL is a bit clunky but, to play BTSX all you would really need to do is drag and drop the WAD to a sourceport exe to launch it. I recommend GZDoom for utility, Woof for authenticity, and DSDA if you're speedy boi. BrickDickRick

Found through an interesting discussion and post on secrets. I haven't actually played this WAD but the soundtrack by Stuart Rynn is just so much fun... particularly the Jazz Machine. Only really great stuff puts me in a good mood these days, and this sure delivers in that regard. Big recommend. Real sense of that feeling of adventure. Wolfwatching Music
